Susan Sears, Managing Director
Susan Sears provides senior-level public relations counseling, strategy and project oversight for the company's clients, and has received numerous awards for her innovation, commitment, and dedication to public relations excellence. She has spoken internationally on a variety of topics and has been quoted as an expert in news stories appearing in media outlets such as the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and Readers Digest.

Ms. Sears’ career in public relations began at the Arizona Republic/Phoenix Gazette, and included PR and marketing positions in banking and telecommunications. She held various senior public relations posts during her career at AT&T, where she was responsible for strategic public relations initiatives, including media relations, public policy, corporate positioning, marketing support, special events, employee information, community relations and corporate philanthropy.

Claire Mylott, Director
Claire Mylott brings more than a decade of communications experience to SSA, particularly in the high-tech, business-to-business and financial communications space. Prior to SSA, Mylott was the director of corporate communications at Qwest Communications International Inc. In that role, she managed external, internal and executive communications for the company’s multi-billion dollar enterprise & government, and wholesale business units. At Qwest, Mylott also managed several strategic communications efforts, including multiple mergers and acquisitions such as the $7.05 billion sale of the DEX directory asset.

Before joining Qwest, Mylott served as the director of media relations for TeleTech, an international call-center corporation. At TeleTech, Mylott was instrumental in creating a PR campaign for a corporate-wide re-branding project. Mylott began her career with a Silicon Valley-based public relations firm, called The Hoffman Agency. At The Hoffman Agency, Mylott provided strategic PR counsel and extensive media relations support to numerous high-tech clients including HP, National Semiconductor and Hyundai Electronics.

Connie Hanson
Connie Hanson provides account supervision and media relations expertise for SSA Public Relations. Her experience spans all phases of marketing, public relations, special event and project management. Prior to joining the agency, Ms. Hanson held numerous marketing management positions with AT&T.

Maria Miller
Maria Miller is an award-winning PR professional who brings nearly a decade of public relations experience to SSA PR. An expert in both local and national media relations, she has developed and implemented PR campaigns for clients in numerous industries including travel and tourism, consumer products, restaurants, nonprofits and public affairs campaigns.

Robert Sears
Robert Sears provides PR 2.0 expertise for SSA Public Relations. He is responsible for directing the agency’s Internet marketing/PR projects, as well as working with clients to develop successful public relations and high-tech communications programs.

Sarah Turner
Sarah Turner provides strategic direction on PR and marketing campaigns for SSA PR clients. Her career includes sales, marketing, public relations and customer service experience, as well as solid expertise in researching, developing and executing successful marketing and PR plans/campaigns. Prior to joining the agency, Ms. Turner held various marketing management positions with AT&T, and
