Lee Ann Kuster leads Arizona-based client accounts, and is responsible for managing client relationships and providing strategy and direction to ensure the successful implementation of account plans. An award-winning communications professional, Ms. Kuster brings extensive expertise to SSA, including strategic communications planning, media and analyst relations, employee communications, community affairs, corporate philanthropy and event management. Her background encompasses the telecommunications, higher education and high-tech industries.

Prior to joining SSA, Ms. Kuster was senior manager of public and analyst relations for Emerson Network Power’s embedded computing business. In this role, she drove the development and execution of global media strategies, product announcements and news and developed the analyst relations program for the business.

Kuster also previously held the position of senior director of public relations at Thunderbird School of Global Management where she directed public relations strategy and coordinated Thunderbird's ranking submission efforts. In addition, Kuster was Director, Public Relations at AT&T where she developed and managed senior level strategic communications initiatives for the consumer and business markets and was a national spokesperson on a number of telecom issues.
